Whidbey Island Fine Art Studio is presenting an oil painting demonstration from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, April 21 by Qiang Huang, an outstanding artist and instructor who lives in Texas. The location will be the Burrier Building at the Langley Fairgrounds.
Qiang Huang will also be teaching a 4 day workshop called “The Basics of Oil Painting with Qiang Huang.” There is still space in this workshop, call to inquire about the Whidbey Island resident discount.
